In all, [Tao Lin] read around 30 tweets, and about half of them got laughter registering somewhere in the polite to genuine segment of the continuum. Maybe not genuine enough for Lin, who concluded his bit abruptly: “That’s all I’m going to read,” he said, and introduced the next reader, Marie Calloway.

Hey guys, I co-hosted a show on Sunday where eight bloggers told jokes on stage to a sold-out audience who actually laughed pretty hard, so. 

No one read their tweets. 

I can’t think of a more miserable experience that watching someone read their tweets.
